Findlay James Insolvency Practitioners Limited
Saxon House, Saxon Way, Cheltenham, GL52 6QX Gloucestershire (tel. 01242 576555 email firstname.lastname@example.org)
Findlay James was founded in 1999 by Alisdair Findlay, a Chartered Accountant and Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, who previously trained and Qualified with KPMG and EY. The business was incorporated in 2012.
From our Cheltenham base we have been appointed in over 3,000 formal insolvency appointments. In order to deal with this volume of clients we have taken a systems development approach as our core strategy.
The natural evolution of this systems development has led to the creation of iBoss - where the system becomes the product/service.
iBoss has been made possible as a result of the changes in the technological, legal and business environment over the last 21 years.
The iBoss software as a service model is disruptive to the traditional insolvency market model that is based on the IP exploiting a statutory monopoly via the requirement to have an insolvency licence.
An IP's traditional marketing strategy is one of developing and maintaining personal relationships with accountants, banks and other intermediaries, normally via hospitality events (the marketing budget). In return for being entertained, a client may be referred to the IP who deals with the client going forward.
iBoss offers a more modern, collaborative, integrated systems based, work sharing model, building relationships with Accountants who seek a commercial, realistic approach to insolvency situations for their clients, old and new.
Apply to be an iBoss agent to extend your services for new and existing clients.
