Accountants can use the iBoss system to undertake the role of case administrator acting as an agent of the Insolvency Practitioner.

An I.P.'s back office is initially concerned with document creation, distribution and filing. iBoss makes this back-office function automatic, while the human element deals with the front office client relations and data acquisition/input.

The Accountant, acting as the agent of the I.P., can assist in the delivery of a convenient and efficient service to the client.

The accountant can participate in the fee earning process and receive payment when duly authorised.

By participating in the process, the Accountant can guide the client through the insolvency process and out the other side.
